What happened

On 6 November 2026 the writer Perumal Murugan wrote that nearly 1,800 books from one publisher he had never heard of, Agal Vilakku, stand on the shelves of Coimbatore's Periyar Arivulagam library, which CM Vijay opened on 16 October; one calls the anthology Naladiyar a poet, a 300-page book is priced ₹1,445 against about ₹350 elsewhere, and he says the books were made with AI under false author names, a charge no inquiry has yet tested. TVK School Education Minister Rajmohan called it corruption under the previous DMK government and announced an inquiry, and the TVK's IT wing posted a purchase-order copy dated 14 February 2026, when the DMK governed; DMK members call that copy fake, and the DMK points to a library stamp of 22 June 2026, under TVK rule, on some of the books. Neither side has published the bill: who paid the publisher, how much, and when.

  • Perumal Murugan's essay (Sindhai, 6 Nov 2026) says nearly 1,800 Agal Vilakku books stand on the library's fourth-floor Tamil shelves, quotes a book that calls Naladiyar 'தமிழின் முக்கியமான கவி மற்றும் தத்துவ ஞானி' (Naladiyar is an anthology of 400 quatrains), and gives ₹1,445 for a 300-page book against ₹350 at other publishers. Going round, but unproven

The DMK government ordered the books (the 14 Feb 2026 order copy).

The copy is the TVK IT wing's exhibit; it has not been authenticated, shows no amount or signatory in the reports, and DMK members call it fake. The minister's own account (a January contract, a February purchase) points the same way but is also his claim.

The books were bought under the TVK government (the 22 June 2026 stamp).

A library stamp records when a book was processed, not when it was ordered or paid for, and the stamp image circulated on X without independent verification. The order and the stamp can both be true: ordered under one government, processed under the next.

The books were written by AI.

This is Perumal Murugan's reading of the texts. The errors he quotes are real, but no inquiry or expert panel has examined the books and the publisher has not been heard.

A ₹50 crore book scam.

₹50 crore is the library's whole books-and-e-books budget, not a measured loss. On the claimed figures the Agal Vilakku copies come to roughly ₹21–25 lakh at printed price if one copy each was bought; the price actually paid is unknown.

DMK corruption (Rajmohan, CM Vijay) / a commission under the TVK (the DMK).

Both are allegations. No inquiry finding exists; the inquiry was announced in speech, with no written order, named officer or DVAC case found as of 6 Nov evening, and no payment has been traced to anyone.

Perumal Murugan's own committee recommended these books.

He sat on one of about 30 recommending committees and says they were not told what was purchased; nothing shows these titles passed his panel.

The committees were set up by a G.O. of 5 Nov 2025.

The order copy itself cites G.O.(Ms) No. 250 dated 05.12.2025, and the G.O. text has not been published.

A third imprint, 'Udhayasuriyan Pathippagam', also supplied the library (TVK Minister Arunraaj).

No other source, document or photo mentions such an imprint in the library.

Kamal Haasan blamed the DMK.

His post names neither party: 'இந்தக் காரியத்தை எவர் செய்திருந்தாலும் அவர்கள் தமிழுக்குத் துரோகம் இழைத்தவர்கள்'.

The AI's take

My view, which is opinion: the February order and the June stamp are not rival stories, since the order copy the TVK shows (14 Feb 2026, DMK rule; the DMK calls it fake) and the stamp the DMK shows (22 Jun 2026, TVK rule) can both be true, and a library stamp records when a book was processed, not who bought it or paid for it.

The record that would settle it is the bill (who paid Agal Vilakku, how much and when), and neither side has shown it: the TVK government, which has run the libraries directorate since May, holds the files and can publish it now, and the DMK, which set up the book committees and whose leader claimed 99% of the library's work on 4 Nov, should say whether these titles were on the lists those committees approved.

Until a written inquiry names who chose, priced and paid for these books, 'DMK corruption' and 'a commission under the TVK' remain allegations, and so does Perumal Murugan's AI charge, though the errors he quotes are real.

The AI's record

Why

  • The order: the TVK IT wing's copy (ref. 7781/எ1/2025, dated 14.02.2026, from the Directorate of Public Libraries to Agal Vilakku) falls under the DMK government, a month before the poll code. Rajmohan separately speaks of a January contract and a February purchase. But the copy has not been authenticated, the reports show no amount or signatory, and DMK members call it fake because it has no emblem, letterhead, signature or seal.
  • The stamp: the DMK points to '22 JUN 2026' on some Agal Vilakku and Phoenix books, against March stamps on other publishers' books. That date falls under the TVK, which has held School Education, and with it the libraries directorate, since 16 May. But an accession stamp marks when the library processed a book, and the image went round on X without independent verification. The order date and the stamp are 128 days apart, and both can be true.
  • The committees: both sides agree the book committees were set up under the DMK. Vijay cites the G.O., and the DMK's own post speaks of a writer on its selection committee. Perumal Murugan sat on one of about 30 recommending committees and says they were never told what was bought, so a recommendation is not a purchase; the approved lists would show whether these titles were on them. Stalin's 99.75% (and 99% that evening) was about the library's work, not the books, but it is a claim of ownership of the project.
Show more (2)
  • Scale: on the claimed figures the Agal Vilakku copies come to roughly ₹21–25 lakh at printed price if one copy each was bought, about 0.5% of a ₹50 crore books budget, so '₹50 crore scam' mistakes the budget for a loss. The price gap is stark: ₹1,445 printed against ₹350 is about 4.1 times, and about 8 times the state's 2024-25 average of ₹180 a copy. But the price actually paid after the order's negotiated discount is unknown.
  • Every charge on both sides is still an allegation. AI writing is Murugan's reading, with no expert panel or publisher reply yet. Nothing has been shown for 'DMK corruption' (Rajmohan, Vijay) or 'a commission under the TVK' (the DMK). The inquiry was announced in speech, and no written order, named officer or DVAC case had been found by 6 Nov evening.

What each side would say back

DMK

You treat a copy with no emblem, signature or seal as half the evidence. The June stamp on only these two publishers' books, and the March stamps on the rest, show the purchase went through under the TVK. Our 2024 procurement was transparent, and the TVK held the files for five months and opened the library before raising any of this.

TVK and its ministers

The G.O., the committees, the price talks and the order all came under the DMK; a stamp is only cataloguing. Asking the government that ordered the inquiry to show the bill first puts the burden on those investigating, not on those who chose these books.

Congress (the TVK's partner)

You are too even-handed. Books bought at three to four times the price came through the DMK's committees, and every library, the Anna Centenary Library included, should be checked, with arrests, not just a bill.

Show more (3)
CPM and the Left

A bill is not enough. A special investigation team and a panel of Tamil scholars must vet every book, and the tender and purchase dates must be published; a fake book misleads readers whoever paid for it.

NTK

Both must answer, but you stop short. The present government cannot hide behind the old one, and only a judicial inquiry and a special audit that holds officials and suppliers to account will settle it.

Writers and readers (Perumal Murugan, Kamal Haasan)

Who paid matters less than what is on the shelves. Books that call Naladiyar a poet and invent chief ministers should be pulled now, before anyone cites them.

What would change its mind

If the Directorate authenticates the 14 Feb order and shows the payment was cleared before 10 May, I would put the weight on the DMK-era committees and officials who chose and priced these books. If it shows the books were received, verified and paid for after 16 May, I would say the TVK government shares responsibility for accepting them, whoever ordered them. If the order copy is shown to be forged, the TVK's case falls; if the stamp image is shown to be doctored, the DMK's does. If an expert panel or the ISBN agency finds the books genuine and the price paid near the market, the charge shrinks to a complaint about quality; if a formal inquiry with a written order names who chose, priced and paid, I would follow its findings.

An AI model's take, reviewed for fairness. Not an endorsement.

The research

On 6 Nov 2026 the writer Perumal Murugan published an essay on Sindhai saying that nearly 1,800 books from one publisher he had never heard of, Agal Vilakku, fill the fourth-floor Tamil shelves of Coimbatore's Periyar Arivulagam, which CM Vijay opened on 16 Oct.

He quotes a book that calls the anthology Naladiyar 'தமிழின் முக்கியமான கவி மற்றும் தத்துவ ஞானி' (an important Tamil poet and philosopher), and a 300-page book priced ₹1,445 against about ₹350 at other publishers. He says the books were made with AI under false author names and false ISBNs; that is his charge, which no inquiry has tested, and the publisher has not responded.

The same day TVK School Education Minister Rajmohan called it a DMK-era scam, said about 1,500 books had been bought in February, and announced an inquiry (in speech: no written order, named officer or DVAC case was found by the evening); CM Vijay said the DMK had turned the library into a 'corruption world', citing a G.O. of 5 Nov 2025 that set up the book committees.

The TVK IT wing then posted a Directorate of Public Libraries order copy to Agal Vilakku dated 14.02.2026 (ref.

ந.க.எண் 7781/எ1/2025), a month before the poll code, which DMK members call fake (no emblem, letterhead, signature or seal); the DMK in turn points to a library stamp of 22.06.2026, under TVK rule and on Vijay's birthday, on some Agal Vilakku and Phoenix books, against March stamps on other publishers' books, and asks who got a 'commission' under the TVK.

Both can be true at once: an order under one government and a book processed under the next, since an accession stamp records when the library processed a book, not who bought or paid for it; neither side has published the bill (the payment date, the amount, or who cleared it), which the DMK, Annamalai, the CPM and the NTK all now demand.

On the claimed figures the Agal Vilakku copies come to roughly ₹21–25 lakh at printed price if one copy each was bought (as the order copy says), against a ₹50 crore books budget, so headlines of a '₹50 crore scam' mistake the budget for a loss.

The row turns October's credit fight round: Stalin claimed the library for the DMK on 16 Oct and said on 4 Nov that 99.75% of the work was done under it; two days later the DMK said the disputed books came in under the TVK, while the DMK's former allies, Congress's Manickam Tagore and Kamal Haasan (a Rajya Sabha MP elected with DMK support), asked for action without defending the DMK-era purchase.

Background

The Periyar Arivulagam is a library and science centre at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, on former Central Prison land: announced in the DMK government's 2024-25 budget, foundation laid by Stalin on 6 Nov 2024, budgeted at ₹300 crore (₹245 crore for the building, ₹50 crore for books and e-books, ₹5 crore for IT), and opened by CM Vijay on 16 Oct 2026 (₹301.71 crore, seven storeys, over one lakh books).

Tamil Nadu's public libraries buy books through the Directorate of Public Libraries under the School Education Department, funded mainly by a library cess on property tax. The DMK's 2024 'transparent' policy moved routine buying to an online portal with ISBN checks, market price comparison and payment after the library verifies the books. For the Periyar library and ten others a separate G.O.

of late 2025 set up five committees to recommend, select, price and approve books. The DMK's Anbil Mahesh ran School Education until May 2026; the TVK took office on 10 May and gave the department to Rajmohan on 16 May. The poll code ran from 15 Mar to the count on 4 May.

Who gains, who loses

Readers lose most: a public library's shelves would carry books that call Naladiyar a poet, invent chief ministers and show a Nandi as a Keezhadi find, and students would cite them. Honest publishers, for whom library orders are a main market, lose orders to imprints nobody can find. Taxpayers paid through the library cess.

For the DMK, its showcase project becomes its liability two days after it was felicitated for it; for the TVK, whose department received, shelved and opened the library, an inquiry that never names who signed and paid would leave the charge unanswered either way.

What most coverage misses

Most coverage set the February order against the June stamp as if only one could be true; both can be, because a stamp marks when the library processed a book, and the record that would settle it, the payment, is in the government's files and has been published by no one.

It missed the scale: on the claimed figures the Agal Vilakku copies are about ₹21–25 lakh at printed price, not the '₹50 crore' of headlines, which is the whole books budget. It missed that recommended is not purchased: Murugan says his committee was never told what was bought.

And it missed that the state's own 2024 rules (an ISBN check, prices compared with the market, payment only after the library verifies the books, penalties for false representation) should have caught such books; whether this purchase went through them is the inquiry's first question.

Findings

ConfirmedThe facts
Perumal Murugan counted nearly 1,800 Agal Vilakku books on the library's fourth-floor Tamil shelves; one, on Naladiyar, calls Naladiyar a poet and philosopher; a 300-page book is priced ₹1,445 while other publishers price a 300-page book at ₹350.

Naladiyar is an anthology of 400 quatrains, not a person. On video he said 'nearly two thousand' and about ₹1,500; the essay's figures are used here. That he wrote it is confirmed; the count is his. Sindhai (Perumal Murugan's essay), 2026-11-06

UnverifiedClaims
Murugan charges that the books were made with AI, under false author names and false ISBNs, by publishers started to supply this library, and that the fraud likely runs to crores.

TVK School Education Minister Rajmohan blamed the previous DMK government, said about 1,500 Agal Vilakku books had been bought in February, and announced an inquiry.

DT Next: around 1,500 books 'had been purchased in February under the previous DMK regime'; 'The inquiry into this corruption has begun. Whoever is involved will be brought before the law.' The Week has him saying a contract was signed in January. Pass 1 found no G.O., named officer or DVAC case for the inquiry by 6 Nov evening, so it rests on his words. DT Next, 2026-11-06

DisputedThe facts
The TVK IT wing posted an order copy, ref. ந.க.எண் 7781/எ1/2025 dated 14.02.2026, from the Directorate of Public Libraries to Agal Vilakku for the Periyar Arivulagam; a Phoenix order is dated 13 Feb.

Daily Thanthi reports the post and the reference. The image itself (pass 1) orders one copy of each listed title, Tamil and English, at a price fixed after discount by the price negotiation committee, delivered within seven days; it names no book count, amount or signatory in the reports. 14 Feb 2026 was under the DMK government, a month before the poll code. The document is the TVK's exhibit and has not been authenticated. Daily Thanthi, 2026-11-06

DMK members say the posted order copy is fake.

Oneindia Tamil: 'இந்த நகல் போலியானது என்று திமுகவினர் குற்றம்சாட்டியுள்ளனர்', citing no state emblem, letterhead, signature or seal. A DMK-side reply on Instagram also says the date was corrected by hand (a private account; a lead only). The DMK did not deny that the G.O. and its committees were set up under its government. Oneindia Tamil, 2026-11-06

ReportedThe facts
The DMK points to a library stamp of 22.06.2026, under TVK rule, on some Agal Vilakku books, and asks for the order, receipt, inspection and payment dates and the amount paid to each publisher.

The stamp image (accession no. 048483) circulated on X; its provenance was not independently verified. Webdunia Tamil, 2026-11-06

ReportedClaims
The DMK says only the Agal Vilakku and Phoenix books carry a June stamp, ties the date to the CM's birthday, and asks who got a commission under the TVK.

@arivalayam post, as reported: 'அகல் விளக்கு மற்றும் பீனிக்ஸ் பதிப்பகத்தின் போலியான நூல்களில் மட்டும் ஜூன் மாதம் என்று முத்திரை இடப்பட்டுள்ளது ... அந்த தேதி கூட dummy CMன் பிறந்தநாள் தான்'; other publishers' books such as வால்காவிலிருந்து கங்கை வரை carry 'திமுக ஆட்சியின் மார்ச் மாத முத்திரை'; 'தவெக ஆட்சியில் யாருக்கு கமிஷன் போனது?'. The commission line is an allegation with nothing shown. Daily Thanthi, 2026-11-06

ConfirmedThe facts
Neither side has published the bill: no payment, invoice, amount or payment date for the Agal Vilakku or Phoenix books was public as of 6 Nov evening.

The fresh verifier searched in Tamil and English and found no published bill; the DMK asks for payment dates and amounts, Annamalai for purchase orders and invoices (The South First), the CPM for tender and purchase dates, and Seeman for supply orders, prices and payments. On camera (Thanthi TV, machine transcript) Rajmohan said lakhs had already been settled with some payment still pending ('பல லட்ச ரூபா already settlement ... payment பாக்கி'), which would mean the government holds the payment record; he gave no amount or date. The South First, 2026-11-06

ReportedNumbers
On the claimed figures, the Agal Vilakku copies are worth roughly ₹21–25 lakh at printed price, about 0.5% of the library's ₹50 crore books budget; the '₹50 crore scam' headlines confuse the budget with a loss.

Inference, our arithmetic: 1,500–1,800 copies × about ₹1,400 printed price, if one copy of each title was bought as the order copy says; the price actually paid after the negotiated discount is unknown. The ₹50 crore is the books-and-e-books line of the ₹300 crore project (DT Next 2024). 'Crores' (Murugan, and Rajmohan as quoted by Dinamalar) would need more copies, more titles, the Phoenix books or the ten other libraries under the same G.O., none of which has been counted. DT Next, 2024-10-14

On 4 Nov, two days before the row, Stalin said 99.75% of the library's work had been completed under the DMK; that evening he said 'we finished 99% of the work'.

DT Next/PTI: 'Fortunately, 99.75 per cent of the work on Periyar Arivulagam had been completed during the DMK regime'; 'Had it been left halfway, it would not have been surprising if the present government had shut it down.' At the DK felicitation at the V.O.C. Ground that evening (Kalaignar TV upload, 12:43, YouTube Tamil captions): 'நல்ல வேளையாக நாம ஒரு 99% பணி முடிச்சுட்டோம்'. His words were about the library's construction and completion, not the book purchase. DT Next (PTI), 2026-11-04

ConfirmedHistory
On opening day the DMK claimed the library as its own; the TVK replied that it opened it as a continuing government scheme.

Stalin, 16 Oct: 'Who opens it doesn't matter. Is the act of opening it something to be proud of?' (The Federal). His full statement (Hindu Tamil): 'திமுகவால் கட்டியெழுப்பப்பட்டவை. வேறு எந்த அரசும் செய்யாதவை.' The TVK's reply the same day (Aadhav Arjuna, Kumudam): opened for public use as a continuing scheme; Vijay has no need to seek fame from it. The verifier found no October statement in which the TVK called the library its own. The Federal, 2026-10-16

CM Vijay says Perumal Murugan sat on the DMK-era committee that recommended modern literature and criticism; Murugan says he was one of about 30 recommending committees and was never told what was bought.

Vijay (DT Next): the G.O. of 5.11.2025 set up the committees and Murugan was on the modern-literature panel; he 'hailed' him. The DMK's post also speaks of 'திமுக ஆட்சியில் புத்தகத் தேர்வுக்குழுவில் இருந்த எழுத்தாளர் ஒருவர்'. The Hindu quotes Murugan: 'I do not know whether those books were actually purchased, as we were not informed about the purchases', and he did not know when the books were bought. Nothing shows these titles passed his panel: recommended is not purchased. The Hindu, 2026-11-06

CM Vijay called the library a 'corruption world' made by the DMK, without announcing an inquiry of his own.

His post, as reported: 'தி.மு.க. க. உயர் ரகம்தான்'. The DMK says this was his first post since 9 Oct. His allegation of DMK corruption is a claim; no finding exists. DT Next, 2026-11-06

Kamal Haasan, a Rajya Sabha MP elected with DMK support, asked that the books be withdrawn from every library and burned in the street and the publishers sealed; he named neither the DMK nor the TVK.

Same words in Minnambalam and Webdunia. He was elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha on 12 Jun 2025 with DMK support (ETV Bharat). A search summary saying he 'blamed the DMK' is wrong. Congress, now the TVK's partner and the DMK's former ally, asked the CM for arrests and a check of all libraries, opening its letter with praise for Vijay's government.

TNCC president Manickam Tagore's letter: praise for an 'ஊழலற்ற, நேர்மையான, சிறப்பான ஆட்சி'; arrest those who bought AI-made fake books 'மூன்று நான்கு மடங்கு அதிக விலை கொடுத்து'; vet all books; check the Anna Centenary Library; 'திமுக, திராவிடம் பேசுவதே கொள்ளையடிப்பதற்காகத் தான்' (his allegation). News7 Tamil, 2026-11-06

Reportedcommentary
Seeman (NTK) said both governments must answer: the present one cannot shed responsibility by pointing to the old, and the DMK, which claims credit for the project, must explain the purchase.

He asks for the committee details, supply orders, prices and payments, a judicial inquiry and a special audit. Annamalai (We the Leaders) asks for the purchase orders, invoices, delivery records and verification report. Minnambalam, 2026-11-06

The CPM, which backs the TVK government from outside, asked for a special investigation team and a panel of Tamil scholars to vet every book; its MP Su. Venkatesan asked for the books to be removed, blaming no party.

CPM state secretary P. Shanmugam: SIT, committee details, tender and purchase dates, scholars' panel (DT Next). Su. PMK's Anbumani asked for a DVAC probe and a commission of inquiry. DT Next, 2026-11-06

ReportedThe law
Tamil Nadu's own book-buying rules, if they applied, require an ISBN, a price compared with similar books in the market, supply within 30 days, and payment only after the receiving library verifies the books; whether this special purchase went through them is not established.

The procurement portal's guidelines (read 6 Nov): every book needs an ISBN; price negotiation 'overseen by the Procurement Price Negotiation Committee'; 'Book prices are compared to similar books in the market'; an order not supplied in 30 days is cancelled; payment '10 days, after verification of the received book by the respective libraries'; false representation is penalised. The Periyar books came under a separate G.O. with its own committees. If the general rule applied, verification and payment for books stamped in June would fall in the TVK's months: an inference. Tamil Nadu Public Libraries book procurement portal

ReportedThe law
The G.O. for the special libraries set up five committees (high-level, price negotiation, selection, recommendation, technical) for the Periyar Arivulagam and ten other libraries.

Dinamalar lists the five committees and the libraries: Coimbatore Periyar, Trichy Kamarajar, Salem Bharathidasan, Cuddalore Anjalai Ammal, Tirunelveli Quaid-e-Millath, and six new district central libraries. Its date is reported as 5 Nov 2025 (Vijay, Dinamalar); the order copy cites G.O.(Ms) No. 250 dated 05.12.2025; the G.O. text was not found. Dinamalar, 2026-11-06

ConfirmedPeople
Rajmohan has held School Education, which runs the Directorate of Public Libraries, since 16 May 2026, so the department was his when the disputed books were stamped (22 June, per the DMK) and shelved, and when the library opened.

The News Minute's portfolio list (School Education, Tamil Development, Information and Publicity); DT Next lists him among the ministers at the 16 Oct opening. That the June stamp marks receipt under his department is an inference from the DMK's exhibit. The News Minute, 2026-05-16

ReportedThe facts
The publisher has not responded; the order copy gives a Kodavasal (Tiruvarur district) address while the books print a Madipakkam (Chennai) address that Murugan's early copy said Google Maps could not find.

Vikatan quoted the essay's early line on the Madipakkam address and Google Maps (later removed from the live essay); the TVK's order image shows '92, கொடவாசல்'. Reporters found a building with no signboard and could not reach anyone (TOI reporter's post). Rajmohan's 'அகல்விளக்கு என்ற பதிப்பகம் செவ்வாய் கிரகத்திலேயே இல்லை' is rhetoric: it exists at least as an address and an imprint. Vikatan, 2026-11-06

ReportedNumbers
The disputed book's price is about four times a comparable book, and about eight times what the state paid on average per copy in its 2024-25 library buying.

₹1,445 ÷ ₹350 ≈ 4.1 (Murugan's figures). Dinakaran (15 May 2025): the transparent policy bought 22,17,379 copies of 6,416 titles for ₹40 crore for 3,873 libraries, about ₹180 a copy (our arithmetic); ₹1,445 ÷ ₹180 ≈ 8. The printed price is not the price paid, which the order says was discounted. Dinakaran, 2025-05-15

ReportedWho gains
Each camp's evidence points the other way: the TVK shows a February order (DMK rule), the DMK a June stamp (TVK rule), and neither has shown the payment record that would put a name and a date on the money.

Inference from the two exhibits (Daily Thanthi; Webdunia) and the absence of any bill. Ordered on 14 Feb and stamped on 22 Jun is 128 days. Viewers' top question across news videos is 'who bought it, DMK or TVK, and when?' (pass 3). The government in office holds the Directorate's files; the DMK set up the committees. Oneindia Tamil, 2026-11-06

UnverifiedWhat comes next
The inquiry has been announced but not set out: no G.O., named officer or DVAC case was found, and Minnambalam reports talks in the CM's office on a new case against former School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh.

Rajmohan said the file would go to the CM and that libraries opening soon would be checked. Minnambalam's report of a new case is unconfirmed. Anbil Mahesh ran School Education until May 2026; Minister Arunraaj alleges the committee worked under him (his allegation). Minnambalam, 2026-11-06

UnverifiedClaims
TVK Minister Arunraaj named a third imprint, 'Udhayasuriyan Pathippagam' (the DMK's symbol), among the library's suppliers.

His post lists 'அகல் விளக்குப் பதிப்பகம், உதயசூரியன் பதிப்பகம், பீனிக்ஸ் பதிப்பகம்' and calls it 'Party Fund'. No other source mentions an Udhayasuriyan imprint in the library. Vikatan, 2026-11-06
